all reservations 60 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposit returned if cancellation is made more than 60-days prior to
arrival.
Cancellations within 60-days of arrival produce refunds based on the
unit being re-rented.
Refunds are pro-rated based on the number of nights the unit is
re-rented.
