Rates
Just so you are aware you are renting directly from us and through our website so there are no additional service fees incurred by you like on vacation rental websites such as AirBnB where these additional fees can add up to 15% on top of the rental cost. We also do not have any resort fees and parking is free.
Winter Rates – December 15 thru April 30
• 2 BR/2 BATH – 6 persons maximum occupancy
• $420 per night and 1 time cleaning fee of $250
• Hawaii State Taxes (17.42%)
• Minimum stay: 10 nights; Christmas: 14 nights
Summer Rates – May 1 thru December 14
• 2 BR/2 BATH – 6 persons maximum occupancy
• $290 per night ($320 per night in 2024) and 1 time cleaning fee of $250
• Hawaii State Taxes (17.42%)
• Minimum stay: 5 nights
Deposit and Payment
• $500 deposit required to hold reservations.
• Monies must be received within 14 days or reservation will be forfeited.
• Credit cards are not accepted but checks and money orders are accepted
• Zelle transfers are accepted
• Paypal is available for payment with the rentee paying the 2.9% service charge.
• 100% prepayment is required on all reservation, 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
• Deposit returned if cancellation is made more than 60-days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations within 60-days of arrival will result in refund if unit is re-rented.
• Refunds are pro-rated based on the number of nights the unit is re-rented.
• Cancellations for Christmas must be made by October 1
• Travel Insurance Is Recommended.
